MWB Michael D. Smith has been asked to speak at the ceremony and open a time capsule that was laid by SC Freemasons.  The Grand Master will also provide items to be placed in the new time capsule.  If you wish to attend you must wear a tux or a dark suit (only if you do not have a tux), apron and jewels. The ceremony begins at 4 pm.  You are asked to meet a the Administration building by 3:30 pm.
